Client satisfaction is our priority. You may return your purchase within 7 days of receipt, for an exchange or full refund, minus shipment related costs. We must recieve the artwork in it's original condition to qualify for a refund. We do ask that the artwork be carefully wrapped and returned in it's original packaging and delivered by either UPS, DHL or FedEx. We suggest that you insure your return shipment.

SHIPPING:

Deva Art Gallery ships worldwide using either UPS, DHL or FedEx. Each piece of art work is professionally packaged by hand and is always insured. The cost of shipping for your order is 8% of your total order before tax. This will automatically be calculated at checkout. Once your package has been shipped you will recieve an email stating the shipping date and tracking number.

DELIVERY:

Once we have received payment for your art work you can expect to recieve your shipment within 4 - 6 weeks.

PAYMENT:

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, WIRE TRANSFERS and PAYPAL. Please contact Deva Art Gallery if you desire to pay by wire transfer. If you choose to complete your transaction by phone send an email to deva@devaartgallery.com including your name and phone number and we will call you to complete the order. There is no sales tax on shipments outside of California. California residents will be charged sales tax of 8.25%.

AUTHENTICITY:

All art work at Deva Art Gallery is fully guaranteed for authenticity. Each piece of Art is signed by the artist and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA). Deva Art Gallery only sells Original Art Work. We do NOT sell any replicas, prints, duplicates, giclee's, lithographs etc.. ONLY ORIGINAL works of art.
